Will the delivery really arrive on Friday?
Yes. Every box is hand-packed on Thursday and dispatched so it reaches you Friday morning, in time for Shabbat preparations. We take this seriously — it's the heart of what we do.
What happens if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
The courier calls you ahead of arrival to coordinate. If you're not home, the box can be left with a neighbor, with building security, or you can arrange a later delivery — as long as it's before Shabbat begins.
What's the difference between local delivery and nationwide courier?
Local delivery is only inside Jerusalem and its immediate surroundings — our own couriers handle it. Nationwide courier is a trusted external service we work with, covering every city in Israel outside Jerusalem.
Can I choose a delivery time slot?
At checkout you can choose a preferred Friday morning window. We do our best to honor it, and the courier calls before arriving in any case. For specific needs, write to us on WhatsApp.
